•Bring swimwear, a towel, and a change of clothes for the cenote visit.
•Confirm the departure time and location for your transportation.
•Your sunscreens, repellents, and sunblocks should only contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.

• The cost of the entrance fee to the Chichén Itzá archaeological zone is not included for individuals who do not have an IFE or Mexican passport.
• It does not include drinks at the restaurant.
• Children under 4 years old enter for free (identification is required at the Park's ticket booths).
• Children aged 5 to 11 years receive a 25% discount off the adult price (identification must be presented when boarding the transportation).
• Children over 1.40 meters but under 12 years old must present identification to verify their age when boarding.
• Reservations canceled more than 2 days in advance of the arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; cancellations within 2 days or no-shows on the arrival date are non-refundable.
• It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.
