The following terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by America Tours to its customers. These Terms apply to bookings and participation in tours offered by the Company and tours provided by third-party providers.

1. Reservations and Payments
- 1.1. All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the Company or the relevant Providers.
- 1.2. To confirm a reservation, the Customer must provide the requested information and make the corresponding payment in accordance with the agreed-upon rates and conditions.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
- 2.1. Cancellations are subject to the specific cancellation policies of each tour, whether they are Company-owned tours or tours provided by Providers. The Company is not responsible for the cancellation policies of the Providers.
- 2.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policies of the Company or the Providers.

3. Changes to Reservations
- 3.1. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees. The Company or the Providers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes in travel dates or services, but availability is not guaranteed.

4. Customer Responsibilities
- 4.1. The Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, and complying with health and safety requirements.
- 4.2. The Customer must follow the instructions and regulations of the Company and its Providers during the trip.

5. Travel Insurance
- 5.1. It is strongly recommended that the Customer acquire suitable travel insurance that covers cancellations, accidents, and other unforeseen events.

6. Company Liability
- 6.1. The Company strives to provide high-quality services but is not responsible for events beyond its control on tours provided by Providers.
- 6.2. In the case of Company-owned tours, liability is limited to the scope of the contracted services.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- 7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

8. Applicable Law
- 8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico.

9. Additional Charges
- 9.1. The Company is not responsible for additional charges that may arise during the tours, including, but not limited to, charges for meals, optional activities, gratuities, local taxes, and any other expenses not expressly included in the tour cost as agreed upon in the reservation.
- 9.2. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for covering any additional charges that may arise during the tour and are not included in the agreed-upon price. The Company and its Providers do not assume responsibility for these extra charges.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer acknowledges their responsibility to cover additional charges that may arise during the tour and releases the Company and its Providers from any liability regarding these additional expenses.
