Mandatory Use of Life Jackets: It is mandatory to wear a life jacket throughout your journey as per safety regulations of the state of Quintana Roo.

No Food or Pets on Board: Food and pets are not allowed on board the vessel.

Maximum Capacity: The maximum capacity per vessel is 13 passengers.

Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon payment of the balance, which can be made directly at our check-in offices or through bank transfer or deposit.

Unpaid Reservations: Reservations made without payment of the balance will not be confirmed, and those slots may be allocated to other passengers.

Non-Refundable Reservations: Full or partial reservations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with at least 8 hours' notice before the scheduled booking.

Check-in and Punctuality: Passengers should arrive 30 minutes before the activity for check-in. There is a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes after the scheduled time; otherwise, the booking will be canceled. It can only be rescheduled for the same day if there is availability in one of our time slots.

No-Show Passengers: Passengers who do not show up are non-refundable.

Rescheduling or Cancellations: To reschedule or cancel, please provide a minimum of 8 hours' notice to avoid a no-show charge. If it's due to medical conditions, please provide proof for a refund or date change.

Child Policy: Children aged 0-3 years do not pay, while those aged 4 and above are considered adults.
