• Children aged 0 to 4 years old enter for free (identification must be presented when boarding the transportation).

• Children aged 5 to 11 years receive a 25% discount off the adult price (identification must be presented when boarding the transportation).

• Children over 1.40 meters but under 12 years old must present identification to verify their age when boarding.

• Reservations canceled more than 2 days in advance of the arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; cancellations within 2 days or no-shows on the arrival date are non-refundable.

• It is not possible to change the tour date on the same day of the tour.
