• Children aged 0 to 4 years enter for free (identification must be presented at the time of boarding the transportation).

• Children aged 5 to 11 years receive a 25% discount on the adult price (identification must be presented at the time of boarding the transportation).

• Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years old must present identification to verify their age at the time of boarding.

• Reservations canceled more than 2 days in advance of the arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; cancellations made 2 days or less before the arrival date or in case of no-show are non-refundable.

• It is not possible to change the date on the same day of the tour.
