• Children over 1.40 meters in height but under 12 years old must also provide identification to verify their age.
• Snorkel equipment rental costs $207.50 MXN / $10 USD (requires a refundable deposit of $300 MXN / $25 USD).
• Transportation from Cancún, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya is included only if you add it at the time of your purchase. You will need to confirm the departure time and location.
• Reservations canceled more than two days in advance of the arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days before the arrival date or in case of a no-show will not be refundable.
• Date changes on the same day of your visit are not allowed.
